Exterior window cleaning in Jacksonville, NC
We clean exterior glass with purified water, which is why it dries without spotting.
Ordinary tap water carries dissolved minerals. When it dries on glass those minerals stay behind, which is the spotting you get from rinsing windows with a hose. Purified water has had those minerals stripped out through reverse osmosis and deionisation, so it dries clean off the pane with nothing left on it.
It also means the glass can be cleaned from the ground with a water-fed pole on most homes, rather than putting ladders against your siding and gutters. Frames, sills and screens get cleaned in the same pass, which is usually where the dirt actually is.
This is exterior cleaning. We do not clean interior glass.

Questions about exterior window cleaning
Why does purified water dry without streaks?
Because there is nothing dissolved in it to leave behind. The water lifts the dirt, and when it evaporates the pane is left bare. That is also why the glass does not need to be squeegeed dry on the exterior.
Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
No, this is exterior only. If interior glass is part of what you need, we will say so at quote stage rather than leave you expecting it.
Can you reach second-storey windows?
Yes. A water-fed pole system reaches upper floors from the ground on most homes, which avoids leaning ladders against gutters and siding.
