Curb and curb-line cleaning in Jacksonville, NC
A clean curb line is one of the cheapest ways to make a whole property look looked-after from the road.

Curbs take more abuse than any other concrete on a property. Tires scuff them, rainwater carries road film and oil along the gutter pan, landscaping drips organic staining over the top edge, and everything that washes off the parking lot ends up against them. The result is a dark band running the full length of the drive, and it is the first thing visitors see when they pull in.
Because curb lines are long and narrow, they are also efficient to clean. We clean the face, top and gutter pan together, so the line reads as one clean edge instead of a scrubbed stripe. On many properties a curb-line pass is the most visible improvement per dollar available, which is why property managers often book it on its own between full site cleanings.
Where curb cleaning makes the biggest difference
Entrance drives and monument islands, shopping center frontage, apartment community loops, office parks, and the curbs around fuel islands and drive-thrus. It pairs well with commercial concrete cleaning and dumpster pad cleaning on the same visit.

Curb cleaning questions
Can you clean curbs without cleaning the whole parking lot?
Yes. Curb lines are often booked on their own because they give a big visual improvement for a relatively small cost. They can be added to a full site cleaning later.
Will the curbs need repainting afterwards?
Bare concrete curbs just come back clean. Painted fire-lane or safety curbs will come back clean too, but if the paint is already failing, cleaning will show it. Clean curbs are also the right starting point if you plan to repaint.
How often should curbs be cleaned?
Busy retail and apartment entrances usually look best cleaned two to four times a year. Quieter office sites can go once or twice.
