Exterior cleaning done to the surface, not to a schedule

What we actually do

We are an exterior cleaning contractor working across Onslow and Carteret County, handling everything from a single driveway up to multi-building apartment communities.

The work splits into two halves that most people lump together. Soft washing covers anything that pressure would damage — siding, roofing, stucco, wood, screens. Pressure and rotary surface cleaning covers concrete and hard surfaces where it genuinely belongs. Knowing which is which is most of the job.

The rest of it is preparation. Covering outlets and fixtures, watering down landscaping, checking what condition the surface is actually in before turning anything on, and telling a customer when cleaning is not the right answer. That last one costs us work occasionally and saves an argument every time.

On the commercial side

A significant part of what we do is apartment communities, HOA properties, retail centres and commercial sites. That work runs differently — walk-throughs, written scopes by building, staging around residents and traffic, and certificates of insurance issued before anyone mobilises.

We carry Workers' Compensation and General Liability coverage on every job, residential included.
