Can you clean one building at a time?
Yes, and on an occupied community it is usually the right approach. It keeps disruption contained and lets management give residents accurate notice.
How do you handle resident vehicles and belongings?
That gets agreed at walk-through. Usually management notices residents to move vehicles from specific rows on specific days. Patio furniture and personal items are either moved by residents or worked around — we do not move personal property without agreement.
Do you quote a whole property or by building?
Either. Many communities prefer a phased scope with a price per building so it can be spread across budget periods, and we are happy to write it that way.
